Wrong item received or notice a defect?
We take great care to ensure high quality production and that you receive exactly what you ordered. Should you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly work with you to fix any issues. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number, description and picture of item concern.
We want you to be pleased with your Spot On Square (SOS) furnishings. If your spotonsquare.com furniture purchase does not work in your space as planned, you may contact Spot On Square within 10 days for return authorization. We cannot accept returns for items not purchased directly from spotonsquare.com. If you purchased your item from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly for their return policy. Products and packaging that has been opened, assembled or modified in any way are ineligible for return. For eligible returns, customer is responsible for shipping product back to Spot On Square at their expense and within 10 days of authorization. Item(s) must return ship using the same ship method as order was received (palletized freight or ground). Product must be received in unmarked, undamaged packaging and in original condition. Items and packaging returned opened, incomplete or damaged will incur a restocking fee of 25%. Shipping insurance is strongly encouraged. SOS is not responsible for return shipments that may be lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be shipped with charges pre-paid. Any returns shipped via COD will not be accepted.
Customer will be credited to same account the purchase was originally billed within 14 days of receiving product to our warehouse, less a deduction for the original outbound shipping incurred by SOS. Please note that any original upgraded delivery fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
All mattress and mobile sales are final.

Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the furniture (some wear to the outer packaging is normal), refuse delivery of the order and contact us. SPOT ON SQUARE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLACE A CLAIM OR WORK WITH A CUSTOMER TO REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS IF DAMAGE IS NOT NOTED WITH THE CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Have your order number available when you call.
Take pictures of any damage and report it to Spot On Square as soon as possible.

When in stock, most items ship within 48-72 hours. All cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any cancellation request beyond 24 hours may incur a restocking fee. Once order is in transit, it may not be cancelled. Please refer to returns policy in this case.
