Returns
We want you to be happy with your Spot On Square furnishings. Should you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receipt and we will gladly work with you to fix any issues. Please call us at (800) 308-0046 for approval and instructions prior to returning any merchandise. Do not send merchandise to our corporate address.

PLEASE NOTE: DAMAGE TO FURNITURE DUE TO DELIVERY CAN NOT BE CLAIMED IF THE ITEM IS NOT INSPECTED AND DAMAGE NOTED WITH THE CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Prior to signing for delivery, be sure to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. If there is visible damage to the furniture (some wear to the outer packaging is normal), refuse delivery of the order and contact us. SPOT ON SQUARE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PLACE A CLAIM OR WORK WITH A CUSTOMER TO REPLACE DAMAGED ITEMS IF DAMAGE IS NOT NOTED WITH THE CARRIER AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. Have your order number available when you call.

Take pictures of any damage and report it to Spot On Square as soon as possible.

Cancellations
All cancellations must be made within 48 hours from the time the order was placed. Any cancellation beyond 48 hours will incur a restocking fee.
